Disciplined, rule-based trading is essential, with coaching and an active trader community provided to support development and ongoing success.

Qualifications

• Must be US-based with reliable internet and suitable trading environment.
• Comfortable with performance-based compensation (not salary).
• Able to trade Forex and Crypto using firm capital in a rule-based system.

Responsibilities

• Day-trade Forex and Crypto markets using the firm's capital, not your own.
• Operate inside a rule-based system rather than discretionary trading.
• Apply per-trade risk caps and daily loss limits without exception.
• Review your trades, learn from losses, and compound wins.
• Participate in coaching, peer review, and trading community.
