Job summary

T3 Trading Group, LLC is seeking experienced traders to join our team in Savannah, GA, or other US sites. This prop trading role offers access to firm capital, advanced execution tools, and a performance-based payout structure.

Eligible candidates hold a finance-related degree, a proven trading track record, and are willing to obtain required licenses with our sponsorship. Flexible full- or part-time arrangements are available with approval.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or related field (or equivalent).
• Proven track record of successful trading in one or more financial markets.
• Strong understanding of trading principles, market dynamics, and risk management.
• Proficient in utilizing trading platforms and tools to execute trades.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data for trading decisions.
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced trading environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration.
• High self-motivation, discipline, and resilience.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strict risk management discipline.
• Prioritize market-moving information requiring immediate action.
• Manage multiple open positions and hedged leverage exposure.
• Perform analytics on market moving catalysts.
• Understand market cycle changes to assist trading.
• Handle pass-through fees for data, FINRA, and admin costs.
• Accept first loss capital.
