Local time zone: Central Time (CT). Trade US markets from your local time - the NYSE opens at 8:30am Central and closes mid-afternoon.

Alabama's financial industry centers on Birmingham - Regions Financial is headquartered there, and BBVA's US operations historically anchored a meaningful regional banking presence. The state is Central Time, which means an 8:30am market open and a manageable trading schedule.
