Job summary

Monroe Capital LLC is seeking a treasury professional to oversee day-to-day cash needs for the firm’s fund vehicles, ensuring timely funding for investments and operations. The role supports collaboration across Deal Teams, Fund Finance, and Accounting teams to optimize treasury processes.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in treasury, experience with subscription lines and securitized facilities, and proficiency with Wall Street Office and Excel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of treasury experience, including fund specific treasury management.
• Experience managing multiple banking relationships and familiarity with subscription lines and securitized debt facilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and ability to interface with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage the day-to-day cash needs of the firm’s fund vehicles to ensure efficient use of client monies and timely funding for investments and operations.
• Oversee treasury communications with Deal Teams, Fund Finance, Fund Compliance, Allocations, Accounting and other teams to improve transparency.
• Work with Treasury on funding sources including bank facilities, securitizations and investor capital.
• Close and book new fund debt facilities and update documents, providing operational comments as needed.
• Manage foreign currency hedging and coordinate with hedge counterparties and debt facility agents.
