Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in private equity, fund administration, or alternative asset management operations.
• Strong understanding of private fund structures and investment vehicles.
• Excellent communication skills to work across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support operational execution of investment transactions including acquisitions and capital calls.
• Coordinate information flow between various stakeholders like Investment Team and legal counsel.
• Review fund accounting deliverables like NAV calculations.
