Job summary

Pinnacle is seeking an experienced fund operations professional to manage and coordinate alternative investment fund administration activities. You will work with external fund administrators to ensure timely NAV packages, capital activity reporting, financial statements, and investor reporting.

The role serves as the primary liaison with external administrators and fund managers, driving internal controls and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and process-improvement abilities.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with high accuracy.
• Understanding of fund structures, partnership accounting, NAV processes.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate NAV packages, capital statements, and reports from fund managers and administrators.
• Coordinate capital calls, distributions, subscriptions, redemptions, and cash management with stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve operational issues and reporting discrepancies; strengthen controls to mitigate risk.
