Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of accounting, finance and securities.
• Analytical and organizational skills to resolve inquiries within deadlines.
• Strong Excel skills; Macro/Access is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Determine NAV for defined contribution plans daily.
• Evaluate and reconcile funds for client month-end reports.
• Analyze impact of transactions, income positions, accruals and corporate actions.
• Audit and resolve exceptions on assigned accounts.
• Prepare reports and financial statements per GAAP and performance standards.
• Record and respond to partner/client inquiries and resolve account exceptions.
• Value funds daily, weekly or monthly.
• Provide client portfolio and 5500 reporting.
• Escalate complex problems to supervisors when needed.
