Allocate is seeking an experienced legal professional to join their team in New York. This role involves supporting legal activities related to fund formation, compliance, and governance for private funds. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor degree, at least 4 years of related experience, and a strong understanding of the asset management industry.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in a major law firm or in-house legal department.
• Active bar membership in any state.
