Job summary

Standish Management is seeking a Fund Controller to lead financial reporting and administration for private equity clients, including buyouts, venture capital, and real estate funds. You will supervise fund accounting, capital account maintenance, and prepare financial statements in coordination with Engagement Manager, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Economics, 2+ years in public accounting or equivalent, and a CPA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics required
• 2+ years public accounting experience or equivalent
• CPA credential is a plus
• Private Equity/VC experience preferred
• Proficient in MS Office applications

Responsibilities

• Lead fund accounting and financial statement preparation for clients
• Oversee audit and tax preparation processes
• Assist with Capital Calls, Distributions, and Allocations to investors
• Maintain investor information in third party software systems
• Some local travel to client sites as needed
