Job summary

JPMorganChase in New York hires a Fund Banker to advise Private Equity & Venture Capital Firms on Banking and Lending, as well as Cash Management. You’ll serve a large client book, work with a national coverage team, and leverage an institutional platform to meet client goals.

You will manage balance sheets, suggest asset allocations, and coordinate with various JPMorgan Chase partners to deliver integrated solutions while maintaining strict risk controls.

Qualifications

• Six plus years of work experience in Private Banking or Financial Services.
• Proven sales success and strong business acumen.
• Strong teamwork and ability to work in fast paced environment.
• Experience or demonstrated understanding of Investments, Credit and Banking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with a large number of clients by earning trust, understanding client needs, providing targeted advice, developing thoughtful solutions and delivering an exceptional client experience
• Advise clients on their overall balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit and banking needs
• Generate client referrals and acquire new assets from existing client base
• Re-engage with clients though proactive outreach, marketing follow up and CRM data to introduce the Fund Banking Group and refer opportunities to Fund Bankers in local coverage markets
• Partner across the J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. ecosystem to connect clients to the correct partners to meet long term needs
• Ensure that proposed solutions fulfill clients' needs and objectives in the short, medium and long term
• Strictly adhere to all risk and control policies, regulatory guidelines and security measures
