Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• Minimum 5 years experience in fund administration/internal operations or hedge/private equity funds.
• Strong understanding of investments, securities and financial markets.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Bloomberg and Paxus preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with written and verbal summarization ability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end portfolio fund accounting processes, including reconciliations, valuations, and investor statements.
• Prepare Net Asset Value workpapers and management/performance reports for investment managers and investors.
• Prepare and review financial statements (assets/liabilities, NAV per share, operations, equity changes, cash flows).
• Ensure accurate accounting for equities, fixed income, derivatives, private placements and other investments.
• Support staff supervision, policy development and other administrative duties.
