Responsibilities

• Review NAV packages and support quarterly fund reporting.

• Process and oversee accounts payable for funds and management company.
• Assist budgeting, expense tracking, and management-company accounting.
• Coordinate with fund administrators and external service providers.
• Assist with year-end audit requests, schedules, and auditor coordination.
• Support K-1-related deliverables and investor reporting processes.
