Job summary

Gen II Fund Services, LLC is seeking a Fund Accountant to provide accounting services including the preparation and processing of transactions and financial statements with supporting schedules and work papers.

The role covers cash processing, journal entries, GL maintenance, workpaper preparation, financial statement footnotes, partner capital accounts, investor capital calls and distributions, and coordination with auditors; requires a bachelor's degree and offers a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; accounting degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process cash and perform bank reconciliations.
• Record journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
• Prepare workpapers and checklists; assemble financial statements with footnotes.
• Prepare partner capital accounts and investor capital call/distribution processing.
• Liaise with the client's independent auditors.

• Prepare financial statements and footnotes
• Prepare partner capital account information
• Investor capital call/ distribution processing
• Liaise with the client's independent auditors

Job Requirements, Skills, Education, and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree is required; a degree in accounting is preferred.

The salary range for this position is $60,000-$70,000, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. Please note that the actual salary offered within that range will depend on the candidate's experience level.

Work Arrangement

All applicants applying to Gen II Fund Services, LLC must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Please note that all US employees are required to work a hybrid schedule, comprised of three (3) days a week in our office and two (2) days remotely.
