Citi in Tampa, FL seeks a Full-Time Analyst for its Internal Audit Analyst Program. The 24-month rotational program develops skills across Finance, Markets, Tech, and Risk, with classroom training, mentoring, and cross-functional exposure.

You’ll rotate, assess controls, analyze data, and present findings to business partners and leadership. Candidates should have a 3.3 GPA, bachelor’s degree or dual degree by mid‑2027, and U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.

• Analyze data and business trends to identify emerging risk patterns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess control effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Deliver presentations and summaries of audit results to business partners and leadership.
• Participate in ongoing learning and development sessions throughout the program.

Internal Audit is a change agent within Citi aimed to enhance the control culture of Citigroup worldwide and thereby support senior management decision making around the globe.

Citi’s Internal Audit Analyst Program is a 24-month rotational leadership program which provides development-focused opportunities coupled with structured classroom training, mentoring and individual development. Key responsibilities include:

• Rotate across core audit areas (e.g. Finance, Markets & Services, Tech, Business Enablement & AI, Legal, Compliance & Risk, etc.)
• Assist with end-to-end audit engagements: planning, fieldwork, testing, and reporting
• Complete audit workpapers, including assessing the design and operational effectiveness of key controls.
• Analyze data and business trends to identify emerging risk patterns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess control effectiveness and recommend improvements
• Deliver presentations and summaries of audit results to business partners and leadership

During your 24-month rotational program in Tampa, FL you will gain hands‑on experience in two functional areas within IA. You will develop a broad understanding of financial services, business processes and regulatory expectations.
