Functional Workday HRIS Analyst - Remote

This is a fully remote position and must be based in the US. We cannot sponsor a work visa for this position.

The annual starting rate is between $80,000 - 95,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

What you'll do:

As a Workday functional HRIS Analyst, you will play a key role in the continual optimization of our HRIS system to ensure the seamless operation of HR processes. This role requires a strong understanding of HRIS workflows, data management, and reporting, as well as a proactive approach to identifying and addressing system and/or data issues. Responsibilities include:

  • Leveraging the Workday platform to support core HR functions including Workday Recruiting, Learning, and Reporting to enhance and improve the user experience.
  • Providing training, consultative support, and technical assistance to end-users of our HRIS system.
  • Acting as liaison with the organization's global HR Call Center, Payroll, and IT functions for support with internal business partners and external vendors related to HRIS support.
  • Analyzing configuration and results, validating program changes, developing specifications for configuration, and identifying business needs related to HRIS projects.
  • Managing all phases of defined short-term HRIS projects.
  • Researching and correcting data in Workday using the PeopleAssist case management system.
  • Testing and auditing data with new releases, integrations, or projects.
You should apply if you bring:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in functional Workday HCM (required)
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of related HRIS experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
