Qualifications

Mission Overview:

Our client operates in a complex technological environment that combines a historical application landscape with modern components. This consultancy mission at the client site, representing Keystone Solutions, involves a structural transformation of the IT landscape, modernization of architectures, reduction of technical debt, adoption of Cloud technologies, and compliance with regulatory standards, including NIS2. The existing applications cover critical areas such as unemployment regulation, payments, debt management, and financial and accounting processing. Some of these systems rely on legacy technologies, while new Cloud/hybrid architectures are emerging. The consultant will play a key role in harmonizing, securing, and aligning these architectures.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support development teams by performing functional analyses with a technical touch within business projects.
• Advise on integrations, data models, performance, and scalability.
• Assist the team in adopting technologies and architectural patterns.
• Initiate or validate Proof-of-Concepts.
• Governance and quality: Organize and lead design reviews.
• Ensure compliance with architectural standards and best practices.
• Continuously improve maintainability, security, and decoupling of systems.
• Document processes and decisions.
• Collaboration and change management: Ensure communication between business, development, security, and infrastructure teams.
• Clearly explain technical choices in an accessible manner.
• Support collective decision-making and manage the convergence of visions.
• Contribute to the skill enhancement of teams.
• Expertise and problem-solving: Analyze and resolve business problems.
• Ensure coherence between legacy and modern components.
• Vision and design: Translate enterprise directions into concrete technical models.
• Design aligned, performant, and maintainable application and data architectures.
• Ensure decisions support business objectives.
• Security, compliance, and resilience: Integrate security from the design phase (security by design).
• Translate NIS2 requirements into concrete technical measures.
• Promote secure coding practices and mechanisms for supervision and auditability.
