What You’ll Do

Provide comprehensive, office-based care for new and established patients while developing individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s goals and needs.

You’ll perform evaluations and physical exams, interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing, prescribe and manage medications, and collaborate closely with our clinical team.

Most importantly, you’ll have the opportunity tobuild relationships with your patients rather than simply move them through an appointment schedule.

Required

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Active and unrestricted Arizona NP or PA license
• Current unrestricted DEA registration

Preferred

• Experience infunctional medicine, hormone replacement therapy, obesity medicine, or integrative health
• Certification or advanced training in obesity management
• 1–2+ years of clinical or hospital-based experience
• Strong communication skills and an excellent bedside manner
• Someone who genuinely enjoys getting to know their patients

Position Details

Job Type: Full Time or Part Time

Compensation:$60–$70/hour

Expected Hours:20–40 hours/week

Schedule:Monday–Friday, daytime hours

Location:Gilbert, Arizona
