Qualifications

• Doctoral/MD/DO level degree and board certification in the specified fields.
• Residency program completed in applicable clinical specialty.
• 7+ years of demonstrated experience in the designated specialty.
• Board certification in Integrative Medicine, Functional Medicine or Preventive Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Oversees medical and clinical leadership across the institute and partners with operations leadership to translate strategy into priorities.
• Provides physician oversight of the clinical care delivery model and ensures quality, safety and accountability.
• Leads provider and committee meetings and supports recruitment, onboarding and ongoing education of clinicians.
• Manages performance review processes, staffing decisions and engagement initiatives for physicians and APPs.
• Drives operational collaboration across care teams to optimize access, productivity and financial performance.
• Keeps focus on safety, risk, compliance and continuous quality improvement.
