Synergy is seeking a Functional Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive care for patients seeking support with medical weight loss, hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapies, wellness, and long-term health. The physician will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, approve medications and supplements, create clinical protocols, and educate patients from a functional medicine perspective.
