Job Description

The SAP GTS Functional Lead / Consultant will lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, documentation, testing, and implementation activities related to SAP Global Trade Services (GTS). The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Customs Management, Compliance Management, Import/Export processes, Product Classification, Fiori applications, and Reporting & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP GTS Customs Management Import processes and Product Classification activities.
• Support Product Classification related to Other Government Agency (OGA) codes.
• Conduct requirements-gathering sessions and Workshop B with business process owners.
• Complete Business-Driven Configuration Assessment questionnaires and perform FIT-GAP analysis.
• Translate business requirements into SAP GTS functional solutions.
• Perform GTS configuration and maintain detailed configuration documentation.
• Develop and maintain:
• Application Design Documents
• Functional Specifications
• Key Decision Documents
• Process Flows
• Authorization and Security requirements
• Standard and custom object test plans
• Reporting requirements
• Work closely with business, technical, security, and integration teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

• 10+ years of SAP GTS functional experience.
