Spurwink in Lewiston, ME is seeking compassionate clinicians to deliver Functional Family Therapy to youth and families. You will receive evidence-based FFT training and work to empower families to make lasting changes in a 3-6 month treatment course.

This full-time position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid in installments, mileage reimbursement, flexible scheduling including evenings, and a comprehensive benefits package. Licensure requirements include LCSW/LMSW-cc/LCPC/LCPC-c/LMFT/LMFT-c.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinical social workers or marriage and family therapists with current licensure.
• New grads encouraged to apply and flexible scheduling including evenings.
• Provides counseling in homes, office, or telehealth; mileage reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical treatment using the FFT model with families.
• Utilize strengths-based approaches and family meetings to address problematic behavior.
• Support youth aged 10-18 and guide families through 3-6 month FFT course.
