Job summary
Forvis Mazars, LLP is seeking a Dynamics 365 Business Central consultant to translate client requirements into effective ERP solutions. You will design configurations, create documentation, and build integrations while working with Power BI and other reporting tools.
You will participate in end-user training, support clients post-implementation, and pursue relevant Microsoft certifications as part of a collaborative team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- 1+ years of experience with software consulting and implementation, specifically around Microsoft Dynamics NAV/ Dynamics 365 Business Central desirable.
- In-depth experience with Insight Works (IW) Product Configurator.
Responsibilities
- Participate in client meetings to gather business requirements and map to the solution capabilities.
- Perform gap analysis from requirements gathered to the solution proposed.
- Complete design/configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and key third-party products.
- Produce project documentation such as Functional Requirements Document and User Acceptance Test Scripts using FORVIS' methodology.
- Build integrations to perform data conversion tasks and additional integrations based on requirements.
- Lead end-user training for clients in various formats (one-on-one, webinar, classroom).
- Provide application support for clients and assist with escalation support for the help desk.

- Participate in client meetings to gather business requirements and map to the solution capabilities.

- Complete design/configuration of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and key third-party products
- Produce project documentation such as Functional Requirements Document, Customization Specifications, User Acceptance Test Scripts, and End User Training Documentation using FORVIS' project implementation methodology.
- Build integrations to perform data conversion tasks and additional integrations based on requirements.
- Participate in all tasks relating to feature testing, solution testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Lead end-user training for clients in a one on one, webinar, and classroom-style settings
- Provide application support for clients.
- Assist with escalation support for the help desk.
- Design/create financial statements with Power BI and other financial reporting tools.
- Support Senior Consultants and Business Central team lead.
- Obtain and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, as applicable.
- Exemplify professional, clear, and timely communication in all interactions with Power BI and/or other reporting solutions relative to Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central
- 1+ years of experience with software consulting and implementation, specifically around Microsoft Dynamics NAV/ Dynamics 365 Business Central desirable
- In-depth experience with Insight Works (IW) Product Configurator
- Microsoft Dynamics NAV/ Dynamics 365 Business Central certification
