Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Functional Analyst for a fully remote role in the United States. You will leverage IE knowledge (SNAP, TANF, Medicaid) and SQL to analyze business needs and draft functional designs.

Strong communication is required to translate requirements into clear specifications. You will identify solutions for business challenges, collaborate with development and testing teams to deliver enhancements, mentor junior colleagues, and present solutions to clients.

Qualifications

• IE knowledge including SNAP, TANF and Medicaid.
• SQL proficiency.
• Create functional design documents.
• Excellent communication skills.
