Responsibilities

• Adapt lessons and materials to each student’s goals and IEP.
• Support independence: communication, organization, problem-solving, self-advocacy.
• Create a supportive classroom with routines, visuals, and positive behavior strategies.
• Track progress and maintain records to guide instructional decisions.
