Part-time

Your Pet Staff™, Fort Worth’s premier pet care service company, provides multiple service options for busy pet owners. Services include pet and house sitting, midday workday care, and doorstep grooming through Abbey’s Pet & House Sitting™, Midday Mutts™, and Whisker Washers™. We aim to provide quality, convenient pet care and pampering at the client’s home.

Responsibilities

• Perform pet sitting visits and dog walking within pet sitting hours (approximately 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.).
• Visit types range from 30 minutes to overnight stays; cat sitters may have one visit per day, while dog sits may require 2–4 visits per day plus evening/overnight care.
• Carry out client registrations and interviews for new pet sitting jobs and refer to existing client notes; fill in when other team members are unavailable.
• Provide TLC and playtime, feed animals, clean up messes, scoop litter boxes, and pick up after pets.
• Additional duties include mail/newspaper pickup, trash removal, light houseplant care, and window/curtain adjustments as needed.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Must be over 21 years old.
• Must live in one of the following areas: 76107, 76109, 76110, 76116, 76126, 76132, 76133 or 76135.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and auto insurance; must own a reliable vehicle.
• Must have a home computer with internet access and check email regularly.
• Must have a smartphone with texting and email capability.
• Must be willing to work in all weather conditions.
• Pet/animal experience preferred.
