Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience filing over 30 federal and state individual 1040 tax returns.
• If obtained, Intuit Academy Level 1 badge and 1+ year of recent experience with 30 or more paid tax returns.
• Exemplary customer service skills, passionate about assisting clients.

Responsibilities

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products.
• Provide tax advice and manage product/software inquiries.
• Interact with customers through video communication software and document interactions.
