Job summary

PsychPlus in Willowbrook, TX is seeking a Fully Licensed Therapist (LPC or LCSW) to join our Partial Hospitalization Program-PHP in Willowbrook, Texas. This in-person role offers Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, full-time employment and a chance to work with adolescents in a behavioral health setting.

You will provide compassionate clinical services, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, maintain thorough documentation, and build trust with youths ages 11–17 while delivering engaging,

• Experience in IOP, PHP, inpatient, or similar behavioral health settings
• Experience working with children and adolescents ages 11–17
• Comfortable treating a variety of emotional and behavioral concerns
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take initiative
• Strong collaboration skills within an interdisciplinary treatment team
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• A genuine ability to build trust, rapport, and meaningful connections with adolescents
