Ellie Mental Health – Clinton Township is seeking a fully licensed Michigan LMSW who wants more than simply a place to see clients. We’re building a team where clinicians know one another, support one another, share ideas, laugh together, and genuinely enjoy coming to work.

We offer base hourly pay plus production-based commission with estimated earnings of $70,000–$90,000+, medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO and paid holidays for full-time employees, quarterly performance bonuses,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work required.
• Active Michigan LMSW license with full clinical licensure required.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills required.
• Commitment to teamwork, collaboration, and supporting colleagues.
• Private-practice experience preferred.
• Comfort using Microsoft 365 and electronic health record systems; Valant experience is a plus.
• Leadership or clinical supervision experience welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to teens and adults; experience with children, couples, or families is a plus
• Complete diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and timely clinical documentation
• Deliver compassionate, creative, and evidence-informed care
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment

Full-Time Expectations

Full-time clinicians must maintain an average of 25 completed client sessions per week to remain eligible for full-time status and benefits. Clinicians should also expect to:

• Provide in-office counseling at least four days per week


• Offer some evening or Saturday availability


• Participate in regular meetings with team and the Clinical Director
