Job summary

Rula is expanding its Washington network of licensed clinicians delivering behavioral health services through telehealth. Providers join as 1099 contractors with schedule autonomy, no minimum caseload, and the freedom to set their availability while focusing on client care.

Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit. Rula handles insurance, billing, claims, and admin tasks so you can concentrate on delivering high‑quality care

About Rula Rula is a comprehensive behavioral health solution that works with a network of licensed clinicians to deliver high-quality care to individuals, couples, and families. By taking care of all the new client marketing and administrative heavy-lifting, we allow providers at Rula to focus on what they do best; helping clients get better. We are expanding our network of licensed providers in Washington. Providers in the Rula network are 1099 contractors, have no minimum caseloads and complete schedule autonomy.

Compensation Details

• LMHC: $80 per hourly session (53-minutes)
• Guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit
• Payment protection for no-shows, late cancellations, & denied claims
