Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers and offers a comprehensive behavioral health solution with calendar autonomy and referrals. Providers can see clients via telehealth with flexible scheduling and complete billing, claims, and EHR support handled by Rula.

LMHCs can earn $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with biweekly direct deposit and no minimum caseloads. In Washington, remote work is available with in-person session incentives where applicable.

We are expanding our network of licensed providers in Washington. Providers in the Rula network are 1099 contractors, have no minimum caseloads and complete schedule autonomy.

Compensation Details

• LMHC: $80 per hourly session (53-minutes)
• Guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit
• Payment protection for no-shows, late cancellations, & denied claims

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Valid NPI
• Must be licensed in Washington
• Must be able to provide telehealth
