Job summary

Rula is expanding its telehealth network in Washington and seeks licensed LMFTs, LICSWs, or LMHCs to provide client sessions. Providers contract as 1099 with full scheduling autonomy and no minimum caseloads.

Compensation is $80 per 53‑minute session, with guaranteed biweekly direct deposit and payment protection for no‑shows, late cancellations, and denied claims. Remote work is available in WA, US.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth sessions with clients.
• Maintain session notes in the EHR.
• Coordinate with Rula on referrals and scheduling.

Compensation Details

• LMHC: $80 per hourly session (53-minutes)
• Guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit
• Payment protection for no-shows, late cancellations, & denied claims

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

• Must be licensed in Washington
• Must be able to provide telehealth
