Job summary

Inspira Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to perform manual technical tasks for storage, distribution, packaging and labeling of drugs, with accurate record keeping and patient charging under the supervision of a Registered Pharmacist.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, NJ licensure within 6 months, and CPHT certification preferred. Hospital experience is a plus in a multi-hospital network across southern New Jersey.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• NJ Pharmacy Technician Licensure required within 6 months of employment.
• National CPHT certifications preferred (PTCB, NHA, ASHP/ACPE).

Responsibilities

• Performs manual technical tasks involved with storage, distribution, packaging and labeling of drugs with proper record keeping.
• Maintains associated record keeping and patient charging systems under direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist.
• Follows procedures for the operation of equipment and use of supplies.
