Lifetime of Love Nannies - San Antonio is seeking a dedicated full-time in-home nanny/child care specialist to support families across San Antonio and surrounding areas. The role offers flexible scheduling with part-time, full-time, and on-call opportunities, plus ongoing training and a supportive local team culture.

You will supervise children, plan development activities, assist with household tasks, and maintain open communication with parents.

Qualifications

• Three years of professional childcare experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR & SIDS certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Willing to complete background checks, social media screening, and driving record verification (we cover all costs).
• Valid Driver's License.
• Own reliable transportation suitable for safely driving children.
• Comfortable around pets (cats and dogs).
• No additional children allowed on the job.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage with children in a safe and loving environment.
• Plan and implement activities that promote learning and development.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, and homework.
• Provide nurturing and positive care that supports each child’s unique needs.
• Maintain clear communication with parents about progress, activities, and concerns.

• Help establish and maintain routines and boundaries that align with each family's values.
