Join the Beach Waterpark team as a Maintenance Staff Member. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our attractions, facilities, and equipment are safe, clean, and fully operational for our guests. This hands‑on role involves daily inspections, routine repairs, and responding quickly to maintenance needs throughout the park. You will also be required to follow job instructions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of waterpark rides, pools, and equipment
• Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions promptly
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities
• Assist with facility upgrades and installation of new attractions
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
• Respond to urgent maintenance requests during operating hours
• Collaborate with operations and other departments for overall support

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• 1+ year experience in maintenance, construction, facilities, or a related field (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Must be able to lift 50lbs, bend, climb ladders, and stand for long periods of time

Preferred Skills & Certifications

• Experience with waterpark, pool, construction or amusement facility maintenance
• Electrical, HVAC, or plumbing certification (a plus)
• Familiarity with safety protocols and OSHA standards

Work Schedule

• Full-time and part-time positions available
