The ideal candidate leads by example, ensures high‑quality service ServiceMaster standards, and is comfortable traveling between sites as needed. This role requires strong leadership, flexibility, and technical floor maintenance skills. Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, and emergency coverage as needed)
