Job summary

Staffing at Tiffanie's is seeking a full-time Housekeeper to maintain a beautifully organized home and assist with occasional family tasks. Duties include cleaning, laundry, meal prep, errands, and dog care for a friendly lab. Ideal candidates are reliable, proactive, and comfortable with direct communication.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, about 30 hours per week, with some flexibility. A valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the United States are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning of all areas (dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, sanitation).

• Make beds, launder, fold, iron, and care for garments.
• Wash, dry, store dishes; organize closets and storage.
• Restock supplies and manage household inventory.
• Handle garbage, recycling, and waste removal; maintain order.
• Provide occasional childcare and assist with daily routines as needed.
• Prepare healthy meals and light meal prep; run errands.

(Family employees a Live-In Au-Pair so child care support is very rare)

Key Responsibilities

Housekeeping & Household Management

• Perform detailed cleaning throughout the residence, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
• Maintain kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas to a high standard
• Make beds and change linens regularly
• Manage laundry, including washing, folding, ironing, and garment care
• Wash, dry, unload, and properly store dishes
• Organize closets, storage spaces, and household inventory
• Restock household and personal care supplies
• Manage garbage, recycling, and household waste removal
• Pick up toys, clutter, and maintain overall household order

Family Support

• Provide occasional childcare assistance as needed
• Assist with daily household routines and family logistics
• Prepare healthy family meals and light meal prep
• Grocery shop and run household errands
• Support the family’s evolving needs with flexibility and professionalism

Pet Care

• Provide care for a friendly family dog, including walks and routine support (11 year old Labrador)

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 30 hours per week guaranteed
• Typical schedule: In between 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Flexible)
• Flexibility appreciated based on household needs

Compensation & Benefits (Based on long term agreement)

• Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience
• Annual compensation range: $54,600 - $62,400
• 3 paid sick/personal days
