Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Full Stack .NET Developer to support a diverse portfolio for a top travel and cruise industry client. The role is primarily backend-focused (roughly 70% C#/.NET and SQL Server) with about 30% React UI work, requiring strong troubleshooting across UI, app, and database layers.

You will quickly learn unfamiliar codebases, move between multiple applications and technology stacks, and contribute to ongoing modernization in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Insight Global is seeking a Full Stack .NET Developer for a top travel and cruise industry client. This candidate will support and enhance a diverse portfolio of business-critical applications while contributing to ongoing modernization efforts. The role is primarily backend-focused, with an approximate 70% C#/.NET and SQL Server and 30% React front-end split. The ideal candidate is a strong full-stack troubleshooter who can independently follow an issue from a user-reported error through the UI, application logic, and database layer. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-directed developer who thrives in complex environments, can quickly learn unfamiliar codebases, and is comfortable moving between multiple applications and technology stacks.

Skills and Requirements

• Strong C#/.NET development experience
• Strong SQL Server skills, including stored procedures, query optimization, and database troubleshooting
• React.js experience building responsive front-end applications
• Full-stack capabilities, approximately 70% backend / 30% frontend
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across UI, application, and database layers
• Ability to understand complex object relationships and business logic
• Ability to independently trace user-reported issues through front-end code and into the database
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working with minimal direction
• Ability to context-switch between multiple applications and technology stacks
• Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar codebases and technologies
• Strong, professional communication skills
• Comfortable completing live C# and React coding exercises during the interview
