You will own major features from concept to production, collaborate with product teams, and ensure robust, secure code for institutional users.

Qualifications

• Take ownership of major features or full products from idea to production.
• Proficient in full-stack TypeScript for front-end and back-end.
• Experienced with AI coding tools and integrating them into workflows.
• Startup mindset: adaptable, self-directed, comfortable with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Build beautiful, performant front-ends — turn designs into applications with the professionalism and aesthetics to delight institutional users.
• Translate complex financial logic into code — work alongside product teams to understand and capture the nuances of their industry in our workflows.
• Meet institutional standards — harden code to ensure it meets clients' rigorous requirements for security and robustness.
• Explore new products — deep-dive into new areas of the financial system alongside domain experts, exploring ideas and helping to shape future products.
