This will be a hybrid role requiring onsite presence for 3 days/ week. Ideal candidate would be based in San Francisco, CA.

Requirements

We are looking for passionate and motivated Fullstack engineers who will build revolutionary products and applications for digital health/Lifesciences companies. You will play a pivotal role in leading the technical development and driving innovation within our company.

This will include working closely with clients, requirement gathering, architecting and building front & backend systems, integrating with machine learning models, defining data structures, and running quality assessments.

Engineering Outcomes

• Build dynamic, end-to-end, and innovative software products and applications
• Work with databases, servers, APIs, version control systems, and third-party apps
• Identify anti-patterns and implement improvement plans to ensure the application's scalability, performance, reliability, and security
• Help drive technical decisions and ensuring that software development processes and best practices are followed
• Hands‑on experience working on user‑facing products, ensuring seamless user experience and functionality
• Experienced in agile practices for development and quality delivery

Key Skills And Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on professional experience of developing solutions
• Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, FastApi, TypeScript, React/Node JS, HTML
• Experience with various types of databases (MySql, MongoDB) and common web development tools & services, such as version control software, package managers, and CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency in DevOps practices such as automated testing, continuous integration, and automated deployments
• Proven experience with cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and building cloud‑native applications
• Bachelor's in Computer Engineering or similar IT background or equivalent practical experience
• Experience using microservices architectures and containerization tools such as Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience with Life sciences or bio‑pharma companies will be a plus
• Experience with machine learning, data science, and modern AI (Large Language Models) would be a plus
