Job summary

deCircle is seeking a mid-level Rust backend engineer to join a crypto trading infra team in San Francisco, onsite five days a week. You’ll own critical systems early, work on low-latency ms-level APIs, and contribute to REST/WS services, distributed state, and blockchain state machines.

Location: San Francisco office, onsite 5 days a week.

Visa (hard filter): TN or H1B transfer only; NOT H1B in year 3 or year 6. Check visa status early.

Level: Mid-level, 2–4 years, able to own critical systems early.

Domain: crypto trading (perps, cross-chain spot, prediction markets); exchange/trading infra (CEX, DEX, Hyperliquid); HFT and market making; portfolio margin and collateral; blockchain protocols and validators (Rust L1/L2).
