Qualifications

• Experience working with young children in a coaching, teaching, or childcare setting.
• Strong soccer knowledge and passion for youth athletic development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate soccer coaching sessions for young children.
• Create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all participants.
• Teach fundamental soccer skills including dribbling, passing, and teamwork.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding player progress.
• Set up and break down equipment at practice and program locations.
• Maintain child safety standards and adhere to all program policies.
• Represent the Soccer Shots brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
