Job summary

Balance Health seeks a Limited Purpose Xray Technician and Medical Assistant in Mission Viejo, CA to perform patient imaging with standard radiology procedures and communicate with clinicians throughout the day.

You will assist with office administration and provide coverage for Medical Assistants when needed. The ideal candidate holds ARRT certification, a high school diploma or higher, and 1+ year of X-ray experience, with strong time management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have California AART certification (ARRT) and a high school diploma or equivalent with related area education.
• At least 1 year of X-Ray Technician experience in a medical setting.
• Knowledge of radiological standards and safe patient care practices.
• Strong time management, organizational skills, and professional communication.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship; able to pass background and DMV checks; able to float to surrounding locations.

Responsibilities

• Take required patient images using radiology equipment.
• Communicate clearly with clinicians on a regular basis.
• Assist with office administrative tasks and coverage for Medical Assistants.
