Job summary

Van-Am Tool & Engineering LLC in Saint Joseph, MO is seeking experienced Welders for ALL SHIFTS in an onsite role. Day shift runs 5:00AM–3:30PM, M-Th; weekends 5:00AM–5:30PM, F-Su with 11% diff.

Pay ranges from $18/hr to $27/hr with a strong benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Life Insurance, HSA, FSA and PTO. The Welder will perform MIG, TIG, and arc welding, read blueprints, and comply with safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven welding experience on all shifts in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Proficiency with MIG, TIG and arc welding techniques.

Responsibilities

• Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure correct welds.
• Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
