Job summary

Professional Case Management is seeking a Full-Time Weekend Registered Nurse to provide in-home healthcare to patients in Colorado. You will work three 12-hour shifts every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with day or night options.

You will deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in clients' homes, ensuring safety and accurate documentation. Must hold an RN license, CPR, TB test; new grads welcome; benefits include PTO, medical/dental/vision, and 401K.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in state of practice.
• 1+ year acute care experience preferred; new grads considered.
• Current CPR Certification and TB Test.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe environment for clients.
