Job summary

D&H Distributing Co. in Fresno, California, is seeking a Full Time Warehouse Worker for the Day Shift to support daily distribution center operations. You’ll unload, sort, count, verify, pick, pack, label and prepare orders for shipping, while maintaining accuracy, safety and efficiency.

The role requires reliable and hardworking candidates with basic math and strong teamwork, plus the ability to pass pre-employment checks. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-2 Warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
• Must successfully complete pre-employment requirements, including drug test, background check and E-Verify requirements.
• Strong communication skills, math, teamwork, and reliability required.
• Must have good eye for attention and detail.

Responsibilities

• Unload, sort, count, verify, pick, pack and label products.
• Prepare orders for shipping and maintain productivity, accuracy, cleanliness and safety standards.

Summary: We are looking for a warehouse worker with a true commitment to delivering excellent service and value to our customers in our distribution facility in Fresno, California. We are seeking a reliable and hardworking candidate to help with the daily operations of our distribution center. To be successful in this role the warehouse worker will handle incoming and outgoing products through unloading, sorting, counting, verifying, pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipping. Doing so while maintaining productivity, accuracy, cleanliness and safety standards.

Schedule: This is a Monday – Friday, typically working 9:00AM-5:30PM in 8-hour shifts, with overtime and weekend work as needed.

Required Qualifications:

Physical Requirements: As part of the job duties candidates can expect to regularly lift, push pull 25-40 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs. Stand/walk for long periods, climb ladders, and perform bending, crouching and reaching.
