Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure duties meet policy and quality standards.
• Provide training and create work schedules for team members.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and address underperforming staff.
• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure quality, productivity and safety targets are met.
• Serve as a main point of contact for employee questions and time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
