EmployBridge in Cottage Grove is hiring a Full-Time Order Picker to support a growing operation. If you enjoy hands-on work and want a schedule that fits your life, this role offers steady hours and immediate opportunities for growth.

You will pick orders, load carts, and perform basic computer tasks on a 1st shift (7:00 am–3:30 pm, Monday–Friday). Starting pay is $18/hour with time-and-a-half after 40 hours, plus benefits and a referral bonus.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or order picker experience preferred.
• Ability to load carts/pallets per pick sheet.
• Familiarity with basic computer tasks.
