Viking Coca-Cola Bottling Company in Duluth, MN is seeking a full-time Loader - Order Builder to keep our warehouse moving. This on-site role runs Sunday through Thursday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, at 300 South Central Avenue, Duluth, and pays $22.28 per hour.

You will build accurate pallets from pick tickets, support staging and loading, and help maintain safety and organization throughout the shift. Join our team and contribute to fast, reliable order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Basic math, strong attention to detail, and clear teamwork communication.
• Comfort with physical work and safe warehouse practices.

Responsibilities

• Build stable, accurate pallets from pick tickets and labels.
• Hit department productivity goals (throw rate).
• Move product safely using electric/manual pallet jacks and support baler/crusher use.
• Support warehouse flow through staging, loading/unloading help, rotation, and inventory prep.
• Follow safety rules, report damage/shrink, and keep areas organized.
