Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a dependable Machine Operator for our Distribution Center in New Jersey. The role involves safely operating powered equipment including forklifts and wire-guided systems to prepare, load, and move freight.

You will ensure product accuracy, maintain clean work areas, and support cross-dock and consolidation activities to keep warehouse operations running smoothly. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, 18+ years old, and ability to obtain required

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to obtain and maintain certification on warehouse powered equipment.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs with team lift.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, wire-guided vehicles and other powered equipment.
• Perform safety inspections on equipment.
• Move and load freight onto trailers safely and efficiently.
• Verify orders, SKUs, quantities and labels for accuracy.
• Support cross-dock and consolidation activities to keep operations running smoothly.
