Job summary

Canteen North America is hiring for a full-time Warehouse/Delivery position in High Point, NC. Schedule is 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with days varying. Prior warehouse, mechanical, and pallet jack experience preferred.

Pay range is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour. Applications are accepted online only. Responsibilities include receiving, picking, loading, delivering, and unloading products; maintaining safety and inventory control; and ensuring proper handling of perishable items.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with forklift and power jacks.
• Valid driver's license required based on vehicle to be used according to state or federal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Withdraws merchandise and supplies from the warehouse.
• Verifies load against products ordered; prepares delivery tickets or shipping papers when applicable.
• Loads products onto vehicle; drives to designated locations; unloads truck and distributes items.
• Collects empty containers and unsold merchandise for return to warehouse or disposal.
• Monitors product usage and makes adjustments to inventory turns.
• Ensures proper handling of perishable products and maintains refrigeration as needed.
• Maintains security of cash and property; secures vehicle and keys at end of shift.
• Unloads trash; performs daily vehicle checks and reports issues.
